Small or large group vocal & sound journeys using principles of Therapeutic Singing, Reiki, & Sound bath modalities, including bowls, chimes, drums & hand pan.

The Sacred Vocal & Sound Healing Reiki Journey is a transformative experience that combines the powerful resonance of crystal bowls, the healing vibration of voice, & the rhythmic beat of drums. Relax as we journey together through the resonant chambers of our energy centers!

Many studies have shown that this:

• releases blocks, refreshes your system, & replenishes your spirit
• promotes deep relaxation & lowers stress factors in the body
• activates the body's natural healing mechanisms

You will:

• learn methods of Therapeutic Singing to reclaim the voice
• gain self-regulation tools to lower anxiety, based on Polyvagal theory
• get a recording of the journey

Herbal tea & cacao will be served. No prior musical or vocal training is necessary for this class; accessible to anyone.

These modalities have been researched & results published showing lowered cortisol, breath, heart & anxiety rates after sessions. This can also help develop a singing voice, if desired.
